Free to good loving home:

I am looking for someone to take my dog, Buddy, a yellow Lab. He has all his shots up to date and has a microchip incase he runs away. We never registered him. He is around 2 and a half yrs old and is about 120lbs. He is house trained and is an inside dog. We back up to barbwired fence with woods and coyotes behind us. Buddy has tried to get out of the fence and has been successful almost everytime by going thru the barbwire fence. He is very sweet and lets my 4yr old climb all over him. It breaks my heart that we cant keep him and I won't let him go to a shelter. I would like to offer him free of charge to anyone in the neighborhood first.

Health Tip

100 ounces of water recommended for your health every day! That sounds like a lot, but for one thing, it keeps you hydrated and keeps you from getting headaches.

Money Saving Tip Number Two:

Master the ten second rule. Whenever you pick up an item in order to add it to your cart or to take it to the checkout, stop for ten seconds and ask yourself why you’re buying it and whether you actually need it or not. If you can’t find a good answer, put the item back. This keeps me from making impulse buys on a regular basis.
