Bike Safety

Spring is here and along with it comes all the fun outside activities. One of the ideas brought up through the safety committee was to have a bike safety class for the kiddos along with the young at heart. The Lavon PD believes that this is a great idea and has agreed to help. I am looking for input on what would be taught and possible dates of when we should hold the class. Ohhh yeah, I am also looking for volunteers to help me get this together. Please add any ideas you may have to the comment section and thank you.

Anyone Out There?

Hey Neighbors! The blog has sure seemed quiet for a little while now. Remember if you have anything interesting, please put it on here! Even a cute joke would be fun to read.

It looks like we will gear towards having a yard sale towards May for those of you who need time to prepare.

Last year we had our Easter Egg hunt here at my house. This year, I'm not going to be able to do it. My yard is still underwater with not much hope of being dry enough. If there are any moms who want to volunteer, I have the garbage bag of eggs that we used last year. We can see how many neighbors we can get to stuff them. I also have a few items I picked up after Easter clearance for gifts. Comments?
