“A community isn’t built or befriended,
it’s connected by offering and accepting.
Community is affinity, identity, and kinship
that make room for ideas, thoughts, and solutions.
Wherever a community gathers, we aspire and inspire each other intentionally . . . And our words shine with authenticity.”

In ground pool
Is it true that the deed restrictions prevent us from building an in ground swimming pool? If so, does anyone know why? I know several people with septic systems and in ground swimming pools, so I know that cannot be why.
I don't believe you should have a problem putting an inground pool in unless you own half an acre. That is what we were told a few years ago. Good luck!

I think you may have heard that back when there were water restrictions. You could still build a pool back then, you just couldn't fill it.
